ohhh i`m in pain ~ !

good afternoon guys ,

well , i woke up this morning , take a shower n send my gf to the class n i`m in such a pain . . i got

headache , arms n legs bengkak2 sudahh , my back n abdomen patah empatt n all my toes melecet

oredi . . ohh . . it`s all due to my intense training for KARISMA (taekwondo) this dec . .

well , no pain no gain . ohhh . . . i`m in pain . . . !
